Pasted Graphic 1

Friday, 7 March at 20:00

Join us for an acoustic concert by Irish-Candian singer-songwriter Morgan Finlay, as part of his 2025 tour of independent bookshops across Germany.

Morgan launched the "Far Beyond Words/Mehr als Wörter" bookshop tour to promote literacy and book reading and to support small businesses and independent bookshops like the Readery.

Morgan Finlay has released eight recordings in Europe and Canada, including one duo album recorded with Christoph Schellhorn. Finlay's first-ever single, "Zensong," reached No. 2 on the Australian Independent Radio Charts in 2004.

Morgan's music has overtones of folk, roots, and country. Among his musical influences are Mark Knopfler, Sufjan Stevens, Eddie Vedder, Bruce Cockburn and JJ Cale.
